Blew one control bad. Lost 4-5 minutes. Also blew out a shoe about a 1/3 of the way through the course. Except for the mistake I thought I did ok. It was too steep/climb for me.

ran as good as I am going to get without more conditioning. Ran fairly clean with little hesitation. Just need more conditioning to run harder.

I played well but we still lost. although I did have an assist where I kicked it and bounced off my player into the goal. Our own goal DOAH.
