Vollyeball was suppose to start last week but was canceled due to snow. This week we played an easier team which was bad news for us since we always loose the first match no matter who we play.
I was late getting to the games so didn't warm up properly and played poorly the first game. I did much better the last two.
We played a team we should have beat but of course didn't. We lost the first two and squeaked out a win for the third game. It didn't help that we were playing a man short also.

We had enough people to play but no-one showed up for the game. It was a very off night for the team and everyone was lethargic on our team. No one was moving (but me). The other team shot the ball 6 times in the first half and scored 6 times. We shot the ball 20 times and scored 1. Of the 20 shots, I was three of them but I was also the lone goal.
2nd half we were better but still not up to par. We didn't start playing well until 5 minutes left in the game. We lost 9-3 to a team that isn't that good, but apparently neither are we.

First time running in a while. Had to setup the treadmill since putting it way for Xmas. Wasn't sure how I was going to do so just started running.
I was ready to quit about .5 miles in but managed to continue to 3 miles.
I am way out of shape.
