First the Doctor Report. I have been having some stomach problems and seeing a doctor for a battery of tests. Yesterday was test results day. In general I am healthy but turns out I have some food alergys. The good news is I am not alergic to water and meat. The bad news is I am alergic to just about everything else worth eating. I have varying degrees of alergies to: anything dairy, eggs,
Wheat(Gluten and Gliaden), Cucumbers, Bananas, Lima Beans, Pineapple, and Peanuts. So to test the theory (and before Darcy new the results) I had a peanut brittle Candy bar with Mac and Cheese for lunch (Basically: Wheat, dairy, peanuts) and while running that night had the problems. I don't know what effect it will be to cut back on these foods but figured I would try it and see.
First real run since the weekend. Hard to get started but ok once I got going. Still some groin muscle problems. Forced myself to keep going at the same pace rather than slow down.
