Decided to take the day off to rest for the North Americans. Decided to not play on the field and fill in if needed in goal. We only had 6 to play to I played goalie. Boy do I SUCK at goalie. We lost
10-9.
Still felt sore from Monday's soccer game so I cut run short a bit but my muscles felt strong so I ran a little faster than I have been.

Game Time. As usual, several players didn't show.
Had to play the who game and about 1/2 of it short of players. It was in the high 80's and very Sunny. Hot game. Heat was killing everyone. We ended up tying 4-4. Ran hard but still just tired from weekend. Need a rest day from Training.

Still tired from run day before. Ran hard right up until the time I fell crossing a creek. Went into the creek up to my neck. The creek was only a 2 feet deep. I cramped up. Decided to walk from then in. Was just starting to jog again when I stepped in a hole and hyper-extended my knee. Walked the rest.
