Awesome hike (ran the last few miles) in the whites with Erin, Loki, and Joe B. It was fun to see Loki climb up and down steep rock slopes. He loves being up there for sure, as did the rest of us.

Great run with Erin, Loki, and Ken Sr. Great views at the top too. I highly recommend this place for training.

Hike/run up Jewell Trail up, Ammonoosuc Trail down of Mt Washington. Went with Loki, Erin and her parents. Decided I needed to move a bit faster so Loki and I spent most of the day alone. Well, minus the 50k other hikers that were up there. Beautiful weather, and despite the hords of people, a train making all kinds of noise and blowing black smoke that smells bad, and the cars going up the auto road, and then the flock of makeup clad, purse carrying chics surounding the "summit", I had a good time.
