Here we go. Sprint time.

Nervous, on edge, hungry. This is what I do.

Run 30:00 [1]

Orienteering 15:00 [4]

AM. 530 morningjogg, then warmup for the sprint. Solid race, well focused doing everything as planned. One 10-15s hook and a few hesitations, no more than 30s total though. Started carefully and had a good flow. The top guys were running aggressively!

Splits are up. Started a bit too slow maybe, can think about it later.

PM. sprint final. Pretty good race, some hesitations and a few bobbles, but generally quite good and I'm happy with my performance! Will have to check the map and splits later to know more.

Long Quali. Less than 2 minutes from qualifying and an 8 minute mistake on #1. Ouch. Disappointed to say the least, but put it behind me to focus on the next races!
