Orienteering 1:30:00 [3]

USTT Long. Another solid run. Took it very conservatively, very focused on being clean and smooth. Good attitude, strong and lots left at the end. Fairly technical compared to what the map looks like. Not many chances to really push in fast forest or trails, so satisfied with being close to master Ø.

Orienteering 40:00 [3]

USTT Middle. Much better today. Ran with good control and flow. Very motivated for a solid run today and stuck to my plan very well. Still made a few big hesitations, but happy with the run.

Run 35:00 [1]

Orienteering 15:00 [3]

USTT Sprint. Abysmal race today, losing almost 2' and mp on the last control. Not happy.

Orienteering 45:00 [2]

USTT model and map run. Checking out the terrain. Not trivial with lots of veggie mapping. Groggy after a few days of doing a lot of nothing.

Run 1:00:00 [1]

Run 15:00 [4]

6x800m, 225,4,4,2,2,2. No, running on the track is not quite the same as Kamloops. Felt a bit awkward and harder than it should have, but rolled it off and worked hard. Good workout before the weekend to open up the legs a bit.
