Well, had to take the day off yesterday. Haven't been feeling 100% this last week and today I went in and had some blood drawn to check for Lyme's as well as a few other things. Hoping for some answers.

some breakthroughs today: was able to complete a bind during one of the seated twists, as well as popping up into upward bow or wheel. it probably doesn't look pretty, but i've always been afraid to push it with my back. most of that reluctance turns out to be mental.
