Might have been a bit too soon for more yoga. Too much forward folding for my back, things aren't feeling 100% - still it was good to give it a try. Had some trouble keeping up - this was one of those classes where they move through the vinyasas really quickly and before you know it, your head is up your neighbor's ass :)
