Note

Back seized up in the middle of the night. All the heavy lifting I did yesterday caught up with me. Hopefully it will go away but I do have another big day- less gardening, more floral design so that's better. Yesterday we had Gov Corbett and ex Gov Ridge visit for a game and lunch meeting, and I made some flowers for their table!

Core DVD and leg stretches, plus long dog walk to stretch out the back. Still a pinch in there. :(

Cut the jog short. Feeling really drained after a hard day and left ankle and now knee bothering me. Nothing too serious, but the knee has been slowly growing into more than an annoyance when I stretch. Actually hurt while running for the first time today. This getting old crap sucks.

On a positive note I had a terrific day at work and got a ton done, spent some time outside in the beautiful weather, and got to check in with hughmac3 who is recovering nicely from his kidney stone surgery today. Well done dad! Now take it easy for a few days ok? :)
