yoga for back strength - on demand fios. i did hurt my back. feels very strained today.

after long mellow walk with larry - another on demand workout - "strength and balance" or something. i cut it short when she started bouncing, and added my own stuff

back feels much better (advil, stretching, walking)

Good thing I didn't go to the Stumble...I felt awful during this excursion! No energy, back hurting, dead legs. Explored a little of the area near my new house, the paths don't lead anywhere good. Just by the blue route, yuck. Then did some of the Crum Loop...A beautiful day!

Yoga/Pilates 1:10:00 [3]

did my usual netflix dvd 1 1/2 times - brandon joined me halfway through and then i showed him the first half (since i just have the audio) - he did pretty well for his first time! at one point was making the funniest face (purposefully) it made me laugh so hard
