Crystal Palace Park Race

Very frustrating. I thought I was running really well, but a couple of what I thought were pretty minor mistakes seem to have been much more, and I plummeted down the rankings to my worst result of the series. Now I've gotta put in a good performance in Wandstead to drop this race, rather than dropping the 89 from a couple of weeks ago.

Somehow this sucked a bit. I think I made two 40s errors and two 30s ones. Wish I had some splits browser, winsplits, AP splits, Routegadget or anything to analyse it. I thought SLOW were mean't to be better than this at our results??
