U.S. Long-O Championships in Fair Hill, MD by DVOA. More great courses and weather; sunny & 55. Same terrain as yesterday (equestrian training grounds with lots of fields & trails), though we visited steeper areas today. Course had a lot of long route choice legs and I tried (with mixed success) to plan these in advance. Although room for improvement, I was pleased with my solid, clean run. Due to some 40+ers running in M21 and Eric Buckley's unfortunate injury, I squeaked third place in M40 and finished 9/54 on Red.
