10mila, last leg. Was really excited and it was so much fun! Loved the terrain and was happy to get into some tricky areas. Lost time on 2 where I went to the wrong forking, but after that no real mistakes, so happy with my run. Team finished 118, picked up 24 places on last leg so that was fun!

Silva League sprint in Linköping. Was a fun area and a fun course. Lost time on two legs, one where I didn't realise a bridge was on another level, and one where I ran out in the wrong direction from a control and had to take a really bad route because of that.

Orienteering intervals in Skatås. Did five ints, they took beteween 3 and 5 minutes. Didn't wanna do too many before the weekend. It felt good so it felt like a relief after yesterday's bad session. Did some surges on the warmdown too. Felt good :) Pumped for the weekend's sprint and relay!!

The legs felt ok and recovered after the weekend, but the rest of me just felt horrible. Felt sick the whole run so it was a real struggle the whole way around and had to stop a few times :/
