Long run with GMOK around tracks in Skatås. Struggled a bit at the start but then it felt ok for the rest of it. Was a bit tired towards the end though. Good to have company for a longer run! :)

Tried a combined spinning and strength session at Fysiken with two friends from uni. My legs were really tired. Didn't really like this session at all so won't go to that again.

Hill intervals. Did 10 of a hill that took 1:03-1:10. Planned for more reps but felt really exhausted and a bit sick so didn't do more than 10 in the end. Need a rest day soon.

"Distansspinning" @ Fysiken. Worked with a "distance" HR through the whole session. Really liked it and thought it was more fun than the normal shorter spinning sessions. Felt good. Legs were a bit tired though.
