Running 40:22 [3] 5.0 km (8:04 / km)
shoes: Silver Solomon

First run at Silver Lake county park Kenosha.
They just recently developed MTB trails here. So it was fun to run some of them for the first time. Very non narly trails but some roots and rocks. Need to go back with my dog and also there is a nice lake to jump in after!!

trail bike ride 16:52 intensity: (1:06 @1) + (7:01 @2) + (5:25 @3) + (2:01 @4) + (1:19 @5) 1.5 mi (11:15 / mi)

Ride here at Spike Woods, many loops on my trails with Jeff Shaw.

Road Riding 41:30 [3] 10.0 mi (4:09 / mi)

Finally road my 6.5 mile time trail in 21:30 or 18mph

10 min warm up and 10 cool down.

Actually after adjusting my seat on the road bike, this is my worse bike for my shoulders. Gonna have to spent more time on hybrid and Mt bike, but this will make this bike just my time trial bike for now. Only if I had my old syntace
Aero bars.

Badminton 20 [3]

After riding, we hit the badminton court for a match. What fun, of course I had home court advantage (-:

Running 56:00 [3] 5.0 mi (11:12 / mi)
shoes: Montrail light racers

Out to Parkside for one full loop. The back country trail that we would only groom for classical skiing is now so wide it will be great for skating this year.
However the ash trees have been marked all over and I hear rumors that they will take them out this winter. That will ruin skiing there if they do.
