US long Champs Morgan Territory.
This could be the most physical course I have ran.
Ended up 4 th.
As Charlie D said it was too much climb to be fun.
I tried to make good route choices, but the legs were not there today,

US middle distance champs. Morgan Territory.
Not feeling the most energy, but not too bad.
The area was really nice.
I mess up enough to lose first by 23 seconds and second by 1 second.

Went out on the Sunol map. Hilly and lots of poison oak.
They had flagging tape out from a previous meet. Used this as a model event trying to figure out stuff.
