Palos North , for Chris's course which he had to change in the last week due to the Cook County Forest Preserve. Nice day out for the event and good course with short technical controls. I messed up one control which cost me 2nd place. Some long running legs at the begining and the end, but a great workout. We hit the local Irish Pub , you know the one on the willow springs map, with our newest meet director joining us Lunch/ dinner.

So cold and windy, so went to the rex plex to run. 45 min run and 15 on the concept rower. Come on spring!!!
