Long slow run at Pets and Parkside, just trying to get some endurance and miles under belt. Great day to be out, short & T and no bugs.

Headed to Parkside to run and very wet and muddy. Cut it short to save myself for track workout later.

Running intervals 13:50 [5] 2.0 mi (6:55 / mi)

2 x 1600 one at 6:46 and the other at 7:05....

Track work out that was 400, 800 repeat 2 more times, 200 meter walk in between.

I kept the 400's at 1:37 avg and the 800's at 3:20 Still not very fast yet.

Nice weather for a change.
