Bong Trail race.. A little shaky since not running much lately and no quality except orienteering. Which goes with my theory that you can O a lot but not be in great road or trail racing shape.

Deer Grove witha twist with a Line O in. Started out terrible to the first one in some thick jungle. So Idecided to practice with my thumb compass the rest of the meet. Not much energy to go fast. Tried to enjoy the nice parts of the map.

Phoenix Mountain preserve in the shadow of formally named squaw peak.
Great place to run, trails all over, but rockey and rough in spots. Some toe catching, but great views.

Outdoor pool at the YMCA. I need to do more swiming at home.

Yes only 10 minutes but its all I need.

Run to the Brat stop to get bus to O hare. Oh and it rained on me hard for 5 minutes and I was soaked with no change of clothes. Now in AZ and dry.
