Hot and humid out today, so I wasn't expecting miracles, but I felt pretty good about my course, anyway. Foot held up better than expected, which was a win, and Katherine came along, orienteered, had a great time, and didn't get carsick on the way home, so double win! I got her some sea bands (which she calls her carsick bracelets) to try out, and the combination of the bands, not getting overheated, and recent acclimation (14+ hours of flight time in the last 2 weeks) seemed to work and now she's not afraid of going orienteering so I'm thrilled.
Felt like I had reasonably good flow today, although I think there's quite a few fairly distinct trails not on the map so that tripped me up a couple times.
