Need to do a better write-up later, but the short summary is: not my best effort. Had a hard time concentrating and coming up with an actual plan prior to each leg during the first half, which led to a lot of aimless jogging. Did better with the concentration and planning bit on the second half, but still fairly haphazard in my execution.

Been extremely lax in logging my training lately, so definitely need to get better about that, but I'd just like to point out that my friend Amanda did her first relay on Sunday, on only her second day of orienteering, and 8 weeks (or something like that) after spinal surgery! Go Navy! (and she's already joined AP, because she's awesome like that). :)
