Ilinden Lakes - SVM
Very much a runners course although there were still opportunities for stuff ups. Set off 1min in front of Undy and was determined not to be caught. Had a couple of sub-optimal route choices (6 to 7 and 10 to 11) allowing him to get close but manged to stay in front by 14secs (he still beat me by 46secs though). Just not fast enough these days.

Would have been tricky if it hadn't been mapped at 1:1500 meaning everything was reasonably clear. Didn't push too harder and had a cleanish run thankfully not getting caught by any of the impassable fences.

Blackman Park - Line (SVM)
A mass start which always gets the adrenaline going. Unlike quite a few didn't go too high for 2 meaning I was in a reasonable position running back across the park, unfortunately this was as good as it was going to get. Took the lower route to 3 getting caught by Undy & Michele who had gone over the top. Steady after that not losing too many places except for the run in (or down) to the finish.
