Orienteering race (Sydney Sprint Series 9) 22:09 [4] 4.1 km (5:24 / km)

Sugar Rush - Bit of a rush to get here after the annual steam train trip with Ewan & Nea to Thirlmere. A okay run but nothing special, only obviously mistake was heading out of 15 the wrong way. A few sub-optimal route choices. Plenty of hills and damp stairs which demanded respect which Ewan discovered to his peril.

Paula's first interval session at Beauchamp Park - she's hoping to make it a regular event if people are interested. Grilla, Toby & I were the guinea pigs this week. Four short loops (c390m) off 3 mins, 5 min rest, then four longer loops (c730m) off 5 mins, both were a mixture of grass and concrete.
