Sprint, Macquarie Hospital.
Felt a bit stationary all day, signals indicated that I might huff and puff around, but was steaming for most of it.
Fairly straight-forward track, took wrong route choice 12-13, losing 19 s and overshot platform 15. Didn't push myself hard enough on a couple of legs near the end. Toot toot.

GPS started a bit late.

Anti-clockwise, the main group got a big jump on Nick and I as we waited for Jockus Dockus, so never got near Jason on the main climb.
