Good course on a great area. Couple of bad routes (#3,#4,#5), erred on tricksy controls (#12, #16) and crappy printing at #7 - contour lines over building have a thin, but distinctive light shadow effect- looked like a passageway through buildings to #7 (black lines should have been a giveaway):

Up to headland at S end of Berara with Alexa. Mainly sand. Started off v slow but pace seemed fine on the way back, either she sped up or the effects of sleep deprivation are taking their toll.

Return trip from Mt Bushwalker. Had to race off mountain ahead of a thunderstorm, so ended up as a fast walk with Sebastian on my shoulders the whole way.

Up to Walter Hood memorial, S to sea cave. Good mixture of surfaces, track, beach, mud, track, rock and road. Body surf at end.

N end if washerwoman's beach. Need to grow man boobs - bad board rash on my ribs.

Water beautiful, couple of great right hand waves.
