Sprint O, Pennant Hills Park.
Not very technical, caught Tracy about 2/3 of the way round, but then couldn't get away from her (a lazy route choice didn't help).

Iggies to Blackman loop. Felt very, very stiff to start with, but felt good for the rest of the morning for having got out for a run. Niggle negligible after 20 minutes.

Bog-standard run to work. Still a little niggly after a week off running, so tendinitis is probably here for a while, buggeration.

Ride to/from work. Stopped at bottle shop at Naremburn - it was like a cyclists drive through there, great position for thirsty riders.

Wet ride to work, but apparently not as wet as last night (which I slept through)
