Made it to class only just on time. Started a bit late what with asking people to make space for others, since we were in the upstairs children's area rather than the usual large meeting room. Not that we don't routinely fill the large meeting room to bursting.

Running 2:16:00 [2]

First run over two hours in ages. From home, almost as directly as possible within Rock Creek Park on the east side to the MD line, then rather indirectly (serveral avoidable meanders up and down the slopes) back south on the west side.

Trip to TPSS and back. Was intended to also get me to a deep water running workout but I had neglected to check that the pool was open - a problem since it is closed for renovations until Jan. 24.

Wednesday Jan 6, 2016 #

Running 18:00 [5] 4.8 km (3:45 / km)

Pre- to post-dawn Cardozo Crawlers workout in sub-freezing temperatures. 3x1600m with 400m jogging rest (after the slower people had finished each 1600, so a slightly longer rest for the faster people than that seemingly implies). Untimed by me once again so merely assuming these took ~6 minutes each.

Round trip to Cardozo High for the track workout.

Trail run in Rock Creek Park then jog home along 16th St from Carter Barron.

Form exercises 7:00 [4]

Some silly walks at Carter Barron at the end of the trail portion of the run.
