Trail running in Rock Creek Park again. Most of the creek was halfway unfrozen - some quite lovely stuff happening with ice. Passed a carillon playing "God Save the Queen" on the way to the park - didn't realise it was so much in the bell repertoire.
Brutal day to decide I ought to work. At least the icing didn't hit the cake in the form of a flat tire until I was within a few hundred meters of work - it is way too cold out there to try changing a tube.
Light snow so no cycling today. Not that I was going to cycle in any case - I'll be heading to the DC opening night of Bubba Ho-Tep, with Bruce Campbell introducing the film, directly from work.
