Kendall, about 30F. Howard designed, good courses. I really didn't have much oomph on the uphills, and it was really obvious that i am both in poor shape, and that i haven't trained for navigation. But it was a pretty easy course for navigation, so i only made small errors on that.
these shoes, even with a off-the-shelf lift for neuroma, aren't good for me on anything hard
