Finally fixed up the road bike, and finally up to riding it again. Felt ok, a little stiff in the hip. Earlier today scored phenology at BNP, walking about 45 minutes with no pain. By the end of today the hip actually felt close to normal! But again last night i needed alleve, and i expect to use it agian tonight just to be safe. Ice today, and tons of stretching. I want to get better!

Very gentle 1 min on, 1 off while walking the dog (only logging the 'on' time).
Treadmill running, up to 7.3mph. any faster and i'd have had to fully extend right leg, which is what's been my problem lately. As PT went on today, hurt more and more, continued through day.
Last day at PT - I estimate I''m 90% recovered, but that last 10% is coming slowly. To do that i need to loosen up that hip enough for full extension without hitch or pain. Instructions for that - continue stretches and strengthening, weights 2-3x/week, ease into it, back off when it hurts. Could take a month or more he says.
