I am a little surprised that speed rating is the same even though I haven't been training much. I took it easy on the hills to keep my hip in check, maybe it is healing, not really sure. I jogged the flats and down hills. Hard to rate my orienteering with such a large number of trails and catching features. This was an exercise in coarse planning.
I did a nice warm down and yoga, but didn't warmup which wasn't smart.
