Green at Powder Mills Park.

My effort varied greatly. Ran on the flats and downhills. Walked the hills and anything with vegetation. Hip would cause pain any time I started climbing. Pulling the leg through vegetation hurts worse than climbing. It doesn't feel as bad as it did a few weeks ago. I tried to avoid roads and bridges which probably bumped my distance and time up a little.

I slowed significantly over the last 6 controls because that is when the elevation change and thick vegetation started.

Course was fun but a little short for my liking. I can't really see a way of making it longer or harder.

I went out on brown as quickly as I could to get in more distance.

Brown.

Reverse of green with 10 controls removed and 2 short legs added in. This was really just mileage. Was still fun though. Took me longer than I wanted to get back out, but I needed water.

Wanted to go out on Orange but I ran out of time.
