Ran round the track which loops round the hill while mum walked milo. It was pretty flat so i went quite fast. Didnt feel too coughy yay

Didnt get off to a great start, as i picked up the wrong map :( but didnt lose that much time luckily.
Didnt really like the first part of the course, it just seemed to drag on forever.. loved the water stop! Definitely doing that more often! After that i really enjoyed it :)

Wee cycle with dad. From home to glen o'dee hospital then back through the woods. Would have been quicker to walk some sections of the woods because it was proper muddy and slow :( nice route though
Worked hard on the hills and cruised the flats

Was great fun, as per. Did 1.5 courses which went really well, then met up with Rhona and we finished the course and then went for a terrain run. I used my inhaler before training and i think it helped:) didnt feel half as wheezy and coughed loads less than sunday :))

The pool was closed because there were no lifeguards and circuits are cancelled too.

Got my inhaler, ill see what difference it makes at orienteering tomorrow
