was just too slow and made loads of smallish mistakes. was quite a runners course and unlike anything ive trained\raced on at home-most legs were just like a bearing with catching feature. needed a completely different orienteering style and i just cant orienteer that fast :P felt more comfortable on the technical legs.. the ones where others had trouble, I quite enjoyed :P
had a long-ish warm up to see how i feel, didnt feel too bad so gave it a bash.
had a good-ish run and made the A final yay. lots of wee wobbles though. felt awful at the end but got over it
