Sloppy conditions, very green woods and challenging course.. Made too many errors mostly in the choice of route. The Hills were a challenge limited visibility slowed everything down. The Muddy trails were not as bad as I thought they would be and was able to run at close to full speed when on them. Ben Hart designs some really good courses.

Forgot to turn on GPS so do not have accurate numbers. Most of the routes were straight with the exception of going to #4. Ran past #3 and lost about 2 and half mins there. Some bad decisions on route choices and slower running because of thicker ground cover than the day before. Short technical legs were my friend today. Ran slow on the long leg and most likely just mental. Ran in shorts and my leg looks like I was clawed by a Wolverine. Who knows.. maybe I was! Did not feel a thing out there. Love those clean downhill finishes!
