I was going to run for longer, but I had my phone with me and I was stopping frequently to take pictures everywhere, some of which are fantastic. Was it worth it? Definitely.

Because of time I had to cut my run a little short, but also the fact that the only part of my body not in pain being my left arm and torso was a bit of a factor as well.

Had to consciously slow myself down because I started out REALLY fast.

Ultimate 30:00 [3]

Pretty good day of ultimate, but I had a collision going up for a disc on my first point, and I landed on my arm funny and something came down on my leg, so I can't really put all of my weight on my left leg without it hurting a bit, and it took about five minutes for my right arm to obey my commands again. It works now, though, but still hurts a little.

Other than getting a full-on backhand follow through to the face, it wasn't too bad. Felt kind of slow, though.

Saw a red-tailed hawk with a grey squirrel in its talons. Was also pretty close to it, so I got a REALLY good look.
