It was a fun run. I wasn't really pushing myself, and I took an energy gel just before a half an hour in.

The hard part of the run. Aiming for 2:10 laps around a 600m track. First a single lap, then two sets of two laps, and another single lap at the end. First lap was -9s, next set was -1s, -2s for the next, and -7 for the last lap.

Billygoat! I took an energy gel before hand, and two during at water stops/manned control, so I felt like I had energy the whole time. I feel like I did fairly well, although my first six controls were a bit unsteady. Skipped #11.
