Sunday run at 3 Rocks with Judy. I always find it hard starting a run at the bottom, as it feels like so much slow, steady climbing to start. On the flip side, it always feels good turning around at the bell tower knowing it is a net downhill to the end.

Rouge run with simpy, escondido, and Judy. The big dump from yesterday meant another mashed potato run. Legs felt heavy from start to finish, but the company was good, and it was a pretty nice night to be out.

With my AC TRX sessions on hiatus for a few weeks, I took matters in to my own hands and picked up a set of TRX straps from Kijiji. I willfully admit I had my suspicions of where said straps came from when, at the end of the transaction, the guy who sold them to me (new and still in the box) shared with me he could get more if I had friends that were interested....

Set them up in the basement tonight, and went through a few workouts off the computer. Not as good as the class, but should be better once I get some end to end routines carved out. Still felt like I a decent workout.
