Good class - triceps.
Developed a sharp pain in my left big toe about 5 min before the end of the 50 min cardio part. Suffered for 5 minutes then pulled off my shoe and sock - large thorn sticking into the side of the toe :) Guess the washing machine didn't fully do its job!

Much better race than the previous ones. Couple of wobbles - started down the wrong trail from 4 but cut cross country. Didn't read the full description for 6 - NW foot of hill, so didn't take the best route, and had to climb part of the hill. 16s behind Jane - splits show I lost 26s at #5...
Really fun arena!

Mass start on the elite relay. Forking. Good race - but ran straight past #10 and didn't punch it. Maybe because I knew where I was going and had planned ahead - we had had the maps while the elite were running. However, better to mispunch in this race than others... Hopefully lesson learned :)

Not too bad for the first 4 controls but then thought I'd take the trails to #5 (even though I knew the trails weren't necessarily reliable...). Finally relocated on a small hill only half way to the control, and not where I had planned to go. Splits say I lost 9:39. the rest of my controls were not stellar either.
