why did I wait till after 1pm before going for a run....? Well, I know why - laundry, cleaning etc... But it turned into another 'Desperately Seeking Shade' run. And it was only 26C. HR ceratinly stayed high, and this wa en easy run!

'Mentoring' Barbara who is doing the Wed night on Sep 5th. Map needs upgrades!! Had to make a lot of changes in the field. Lots of rose bushes, thistles, burs... But not too many mosquitoes ;-) We were actually out for over 3 hours.
