3 laps at goat farm but only did the extra climb once as I was a bit tired and it was warm

2 paddles in a week ! crazy

My left calf is still sore so I figured that running was not a good option.

Water is higher again still, makes it so much nicer.

Finished early so we could go paddling, nice arvo on the river, they have cloed the weir up so there is a bit more water which is nice.

Run around the river. I was going to do core but the mossies were feasting on me when I started so I gave up.

My left calf is really sore and really tight. Cant stretch it out and massaging it hurts.

Run into work along the river. Nice morning but a bit humid so not great with a backpack on.

Run home from work, the short way and slow. Left calf is a tight ball :(, waited at the lights for a while which was a good chance to stretch it out a bit.
