Paddling 1:21:37 [3]

Quite a nice morning for a paddle, pity there was lots of d!ckhead boat drivers out trying to run me over.

Orienteering (Brigadoon Nav Dash) 27:18 [3] 3.61 km (7:34 / km)
shoes: pink asics

Nav Dash at Brigadoon, had a few problems with the scale and overrunning controls also with working out what contours mean again. Spent a lot of time running and hoping which worked ok but not great.

Made lots and lots of errors.

Also if someone technical could tell me how to upload my gps trace to routegadget that'd be good. I tried but the trace didn't seem to be the right way around which was weird. I exported the trace straight from garmin as a tcx, kml and gpx.

Paddling 1:02:43 [3] 8.08 km (7:46 / km)

Really nice and calm on the river this morning. Pity it turned into a morning of mozzies feasting on sarah.

Riding 44:00 [3] 17.4 km (2:32 / km)
shoes: space shoe tevas

Felt slow and tired like everyone was overtaking me but still did a reasonable time.
4 PM

Riding 55:00 [3] 17.4 km (3:10 / km)
shoes: space shoe tevas

And a very slow slog home into the stupid wind. Not really sure how slow as i had to stop at the bike shop on the way home. Bike still sounds like its going to fall apart at some point, its got that noisy I think it distracts people as they ride past.

Riding 43:00 [3] 17.4 km (2:28 / km)
shoes: space shoe tevas

Ride in to uni felt pretty good until just after Canning Bridge when my legs got tired, knew it was going to be a struggle home as the wind was strong already.
4 PM

Riding 52:00 [3] 17.13 km (3:02 / km)
shoes: space shoe tevas

Long, slow slog home into the wind. Bleh.

Riding 30:00 [3]
shoes: pink asics

Ride into work from Bold Park Pool, actually cold this morning riding down the hill from the pool.
4 PM

Riding 30:00 [3]
shoes: pink asics

Took it easy on the ride back to the pool, really strong sea breeze though.
5 PM

Running warm up/down 15:00 [3]
shoes: pink asics

Bit of a warmup then 6 run throughs and a short cool down after.

Running 22:02 [3]
shoes: pink asics

Not feeling very enthusiastic about time trial tonight because I'd only been to running once since last time. Still started out and I had a goal in front and my legs were feeling ok. Trying hard to hold on up durston and buggered by the time I finished.

Not a pb but not awful either considering how little running I've been doing. Goal now is to try and go each Tuesday then I might improve.

Paddling 1:09:00 [3] 8.04 km (8:35 / km)

Very slow paddle. Into the wind is always really slow and hard and then when I'm with the wind it doesn't make me go that much faster which is a bit annoying.

Still at least I've got one more paddle in before killa and the boat is at home now so going to try and get a mid week paddle in.

Mt Biking 45:00 [3]
shoes: mtb shoes

Went out to Goatfarm, dad came along to get some mt biking practice before killa. Felt pretty good on the bike -much more confident than usual - finally all those weeks of regular mt biking seem to be paying off which is good.

We had a bit of a bike swap because my BF has just bought a giant reign which is apparently an 'all mountain' bike which means its a downhill bike pretending to be ok for cross country riding - it had massive suspension and stupid sram gearing so everytime I changed gears I'd change up instead of down and then have to stand up to pedal then I tried dads hardtail and its is so rigid and bumpy. Then I took my bike back and it was AWESOME!!!!
