Day 3 of Swiss 5 Days. Givrine near Saint Cergue.
Knee injured on the way to control #7 after about 18 min. of running. Too bad, no more running.

Swiss 5 Days Day 2. Long distance near Saint George (Marchairuz). Difficult rocky terrain, much deadfall, bad runnability. Had a bad race. Missing control #1 already (> 3 min lost), then #5 (1.5 min). Ran to #8 instead of #7 (3 min). Rest ok, but slow.
