I cut this one short just to try out the hammie on some sustained climbs. Skipped the Bardon to Highwood stretch (and therefore 3 sisters on the way home), went past the 1/2 Nebo turn around to drop the others off for an Augie's loop. I think it irritated a little as I ended up standing to do some paperwork in the afternoon. Small step backwards

I managed 2 sets of one leg hamstring curls. Only 6 per set and only 5kg but that's the first time I've been able to do single leg so I'll calling that progress
