easing back to longer hilly rides. I finished feeling fresh so went off and did Jurassic for fun. It's washed out a little so a tad more technical.

lots of drills etc in the dam. The drills and any breastroke don't register as distance so not sure how far it was - I'm guessing further

bit of a ride then air skool with RR and then a tad more of a ride. Turned my garmin off so I pinched Allegra's data. Jumping was fun
