agility - metal squares on the ground you have to jump in the right spot while running
agility - jumping obstacles while running
agility - grapevine() both directions
agility - stepping up on to a curb left foot right foot and back down left foot right foot -- then right foot left foot
~1/2 mile cool down

Note

Trying out catching features that i just got as a gift. Seems harder so far than physically running a course.
