Aprox 3hr drive to the start + about 2k walk-run mostly uphil with Greg; legs are ok if not pushing

ahr:163 max:175 shoes: Icebug Spirit OLX

Sloppy on the rocks, almost every control had about 30" mistake, about 2' on #4 (my biggest mistake) - got me about 9-10' total; running was hard, feels like my left leg doing double work
1 PM

trail running warm up/down 8:38 [3] 0.9 km (9:36 / km)
ahr:129 max:145 shoes: Icebug Spirit OLX

limping back and forth - since sprint is my favorite distance just couldn't let myself to skip it

ahr:169 max:175 shoes: Icebug Spirit OLX

again felt like only one leg is working; on the way to #3 hit my head and right after that steped into the barb wire, took me about 20" to take it off; about 2' total of small mistakes including wire, taking the wrong control and poor route choice to #12, mp - took red control on #6

check out before meet; calf is weak but I guess ok to run; stretching halfway and after the run; I've experienced the same problem a year ago but on the other leg and in different spot of calf; strange but it was the beginning of may last year - same time

Was kind of scared at the beginning. After first 5 min of ride I wanted to stop and get back home, thinking something isn't right. It's been over 6 month I didn't ride my TT bike. Plus I completly remodeled all components, change bars and brakes. Had to ajust gears when came back home because they didn't change right. Arms and sholders where stiff so may be I'll need to ajust them too. I'll see after second ride

trail running warm up/down 5:00 [2] 0.8 km (6:15 / km)

orienteering race 1:49:09 [5] **** 14.0 km (7:48 / km) +770m 6:07 / km
ahr:158 max:178 shoes: Icebug Spirit OLX

My first Billygoat. Might have been started too fast, trying to be in the first group, because I felt exausted on the first control already. I let the leaders run away, since I had to recover. Greg catched me on the way to second I guess. Then I saw him in front for a while, before he finally pulled away after 15th. I was constantly loosing speed, feeling more and more tired. My goal at this point was not to loose him, but I've just couldn't pick up. I saw Brendan a lot on the course too, mostly in front. Last time I saw him was on 17th. He skipped 18th and that was a good idea I think since he catched Greg and some other guys up top. My plan was to skip as far as possible and 23 looked good at this point. Not a bad race, but I just didn't have it today
