Brisker run while M at footie. Felt pretty good tonight. This afternoon's run seems to have loosened the tightness in my legs from Wednesday.

British Middle dist champs.
Enjoyable race. Nav wasnt too difficult. Went as fast as I could. Bit of bother finding a tree stump lost 2 min at least.
