Felt a bit colder than Thursday, but don't know if it really was. Left loop. Legs felt OK, but left knee is a bit grumpy again.

Bundled up for the first cold evening, but over did it. By the end was carrying the toque, gloves and jacket.

Left loop with John. I was the weak link today. Dead legs.

Note

Checked out today the various discussions and logs about the Troll Cup. Was startled to learn that the 2.5m contours were an issue for some people. Why? Because I had no idea that the contours *were* 2.5m! Yup, went the whole weekend, and never even noticed. Good grief. Just shoot me now.
